Uzun Dönem Baßvuru Formu Nasıl Doldurulur?

The Czech Republic long-term visa application form is one of the documents that students most often get stuck on and make mistakes with. The most frequently asked questions are: "How do I fill out the form, how should each section be written, is the Latin alphabet mandatory, are Turkish characters acceptable, and where should I sign?"

This guide is designed to clear up all the confusion.

1ïžâƒŁ The form must be filled out using the Latin alphabet.

The Czech Consulate only allows the form to be filled out using Latin characters. Therefore, Turkish characters should not be used.

✔ Correct spelling examples.

  • ƞißli → SISLI

  • Cankaya → CANKAYA

  • Göktaß → GOKTAS

It's important to write the name exactly as it appears in the passport, but even if your passport contains Turkish characters, you should write the Latin equivalent on the form.

2ïžâƒŁ Filling out the form on a computer is the most accurate method.

Although the consulate accepts manual completion, the most secure method is to fill out the PDF form on a computer . This method...

  • It is more legible.

  • Reduces the risk of errors.

  • Deleting the document will not corrupt it.

Handwritten forms often have legibility issues.

3ïžâƒŁ Stapling Prohibited. Forms must not be stapled.

This topic has been frequently discussed in student chats. Application forms should absolutely not be stapled.

✔ The correct method.

  • Secure with a paperclip from the top.

  • Present it in the file if necessary.

If you use a staple, the document may be treated as "processed paper" in some places.

4ïžâƒŁ Color print is not required. Black and white is acceptable.

The consulate does not require color printouts. Black and white printouts are perfectly acceptable.

✔ Prevents unnecessary expenses

Most students are wasting money on color printouts.

5ïžâƒŁ The signature is placed on the last page. Not every page of the form is signed.

At the end of the form, there is a "Applicant's Signature" section. Only this section should be signed. Signing every page is considered a mistake.

✔ Suggestion

Use the same signature as in your passport.

6ïžâƒŁ The Most Confused Areas and Correct Answers

✔ “Place of Submission”

Enter the city you applied from → ISTANBUL / ANKARA

✔ “Purpose of Stay”

STUDY (Long-term)

✔ “Host Institution”

The English name of the university you were accepted to is written here.

✔ “Means of Financial Support”

GRANT + OWN FUNDS (If there is an Erasmus grant, this should be written)

✔ “Accommodation”

The address on the accommodation document must be written exactly as it appears.

✔ “Duration of Stay”

The dates must be exactly the same as those in the acceptance letter.

7ïžâƒŁ Using the Correct Form is Very Important

A common mistake mentioned in conversations: some students download and fill out tourist visa forms . This will definitely lead to rejection.

✔ Correct form.

"Long-term Visa Application Form – Czech Republic" (Usually 3 pages long)

8ïžâƒŁ Logical consistency is sought in the form.

The consulate wants the form not just to be filled out, but to make sense .

Example.

  • The accommodation start date and arrival date must be the same.

  • The length of stay and the duration of the grant should be compatible.

  • The passport must be valid for a sufficient period.

🎯 In short

Although the Czech Republic long-term application form may seem complex, it only takes 10 minutes if completed correctly. Key points:

  • Using Latin letters

  • Not stapling the form

  • Writing the correct dates

  • Just sign the last page.

If this process is done correctly, the most critical part of the application will be easily completed.
